Many activities have been added to this year's summer program at Baie de Beauport du Port de Québec!
Here’s the activity calendar to make the most of summer 2024 at the Baie!
Rebel Yoga Sundays and Tuesdays
Rebel Yoga Sundays are back, now with the addition of Rebel Yoga Tuesdays, due to the high popularity of yoga classes by the water!
Enjoy free yoga sessions from Studio Rebel every Sunday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM and every Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. Each session aims to harmonize body and mind, helping you relax and enjoy the present moment. Regardless of your fitness level, take a moment for yourself to improve your flexibility to the sound of the waves.
On June 15th, Baie de Beauport hosted a day of inclusive activities, powered by the Association régionale de loisir pour les personnes handicapées Chaudière-Appalaches (ARLPH03), dedicated to individuals with reduced mobility and special needs.
This open-to-all event highlighted the inclusive programming and numerous facilities that have been established at Baie de Beauport over the past few years, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy the experience by the river.
Planned activities included:
- Adaptive paddleboarding on the river
- Inclusive yoga sessions
- Adapted Zumba classes
- Functional workouts
- Seated volleyball.
Regattas
Join us on the beach to experience the thrill of speed races between different boats from the Baie de Beauport Nautical Club!
On Wednesdays, Latin dance nights are back at the Baie with salsa and bachata classes from Blue Mambo! These Latin dance classes are open to everyone, whether you're a star dancer or a curious beginner.
Family is once again the focus this year at Baie de Beauport during a day dedicated especially to it. On July 6, 2024, children and adults are invited to the city beach to enjoy its many amenities. The program includes an introduction to slacklining, performances, water activities, and much more!
Join us for our famous dance evenings featuring a variety of musical mixes curated by our talented DJs! It's the perfect opportunity to watch the sunset, drink in hand, all in a festive atmosphere. Check out the lineup for the first event on June 27, 2024!
Skate Demo
On July 18th, from 5 PM to 9 PM, join us for an evening showcase and skateboard demo featuring halfpipe modules by QC Skateboard! On the menu: DJ, entertainment, and great food!
Cigale : The Beachside, Beats and Treats experience
For its 3rd year, Baie de Beauport will host the Cigale festival. Following the resounding success of its first two editions, the event returns this year on August 10-11 to the Baie de Beauport du Port de Québec with an outstanding lineup.
Headliners include Dennis Lloyd, Chet Faker, The Cat Empire, and Bon Entendeur. More details here.
The site will also be one of the host venues for the Transat Québec St-Malo.
Lastly, both young and old can enjoy solving the puzzles offered by the game "La marée des secrets" from Défi-Évasion, an initiative of the Port of Quebec, all summer long!
