The Baie de Beauport Sun Life offers a pool that’s certainly bigger than the one next door: the St. Lawrence! The only beach in Quebec City that lets you fully enjoy the river, with safe access specially designed for swimming.

Our priority is the health and safety of our swimmers, which is why tests are carried out daily to ensure water quality. Swimming may be closed at any time, depending on conditions. Check our home page, which is updated every morning at 7 a.m., to find out whether the swimming area is open or closed.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility:

A hippocampus chair is available for free at the store to allow boaters with reduced mobility to swim and stroll directly on the sand. In addition, a wheelchair-accessible mat, 388 feet in length, is in place at all times, facilitating movement on the beach.
